Siberian Fir essential oil has the typical scent of pine sap candies. It has a sweet, balsamic scent and acts as a respiratory decongestant and antispasmodic. It is also used as an antiseptic and air disinfectant. It is ideal during a flu epidemic.

Biochemical specificity (eb): bornyl acetate, camphene.
Production method: steam distillation.
How to Use:
Diffusion: pure or mixed with other essential oils.
Oral route: 1 drop, 3 to 4 times a day, on a neutral support.
Cutaneous route: 1 drop applied locally or several drops diluted in a base oil.
