We do not accept cash on delivery, however we do offer several payment methods, such as Multibanco, MBway, Visa, Paypal, Bank Transfer, among others.

We ship to all of mainland Portugal via the company GLS with delivery approximately the next business day, if payment for the order is made before 3pm.

For the autonomous regions of the Azores and Madeira we ship via the company CTT Expresso and delivery times may be from 7 to 12 working days.

For international shipments, we ship via GLS and CTT Expresso. Depending on the destination, the delivery time varies depending on the distance from the country, with deliveries starting within 24 hours. If payment for the order is made before 3 pm, it will be delivered on the same day.

We currently work with CTT and GLS.

In general, orders will not have any shipping costs if they are over €29.99. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost to mainland Portugal is €2.99. For islands and other countries, the shipping cost will be determined at the time of the purchase summary.
Orders will generally be sent with the GLS transport company, with some exceptions where shipments are handled by CTT Expresso.

When we ship your order, you will receive an email with a link from the carrier. This link allows you to track the shipping status in real time, as well as the tracking code for your order.
