How to Take:Take 1 capsule with a meal. Do not exceed recommended dose.

People with a history of kidney disease, intestinal disease, peptic ulcer, enteritis, colitis, pancreatitis, hepatitis, who are thinking of becoming pregnant or who are over 55 years old and have a family history of heart disease should also consult a doctor before starting iron supplementation.
