Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG:, 5.2 Billion
Lactobacillus longum: 5.2 billion
Lactobacillus acidophilus: 2.8 billion
Bifidobacterium bifidum: 2.8 billion
Vitamin B3: 4.8mg

Ingredients:

Potato starch, fructooligosaccharides (FOS), freeze-dried lactobacilli and bifidobacteria, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; antioxidant: ascorbic acid; vitamin B3 (nicotinamide). Capsule: fish gelatin.

How to Take:Take 2 to 4 capsules a day, preferably in the morning before breakfast.

Precautions:Consume as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle without exceeding the recommended daily dose. Store out of reach of children, at a temperature below 25ºC and away from humidity. Store preferably at +4ºC.
