How to Take:Take 1 tablet a day, preferably after breakfast.

Precautions:Due to the presence ofPanax ginseng, the product should be taken with caution by individuals undergoing therapy with anxiolytics, antiplatelet agents or oral anticoagulants and MAO inhibitors. Caution is recommended when taking this product by patients with cardiovascular problems (hypertension, tachycardia), insomnia, bleeding and hyperestrogenism.
