A natural solution with blueberries, a fruit whose recent studies conducted by Rutgers University NI have proven to contain compounds that help prevent and treat urinary tract infections. Blueberries are attributed an antibacterial action and are currently accepted as a treatment for low-recurrence urinary infections.

Cranberries have a urinary antiseptic action by preventing bacteria from adhering to the mucous membranes, reducing the likelihood of infections and effectively helping to combat urinary infections, have an antiviral action and increase the action of cyclooxygenase (an essential enzyme for the production of prostaglandins).
