Ingredients:

Silybum marianum (Milk Thistle; plant), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, Silybum marianum (Milk Thistle; plant dry extract 5:1), bulking agent: anhydrous dibasic calcium phosphate, anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

How to Take:Take 1 tablet 3 times a day, after meals.

Precautions:Some people may experience a mild and temporary laxative effect. It may cause contact dermatitis. Some drugs metabolized in the liver have a better bioavailability when milk thistle is consumed. When administered together with yohimbine or phentolamine, it has an antagonistic effect. Store in a cool, dry place away from light. If any reaction occurs, stop using. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Avoid the product if you are allergic or sensitive to any of the ingredients.
