Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol) (from lanolin): 10 mcg (400iu) (50% VRN)

Ingredients:

Other ingredients: MCT Oil (Medium Chain Triglycerides).

How to Take:
Adults:Take 4 drops, 1 to 5 times a day.
Children (over 4 years old):Take 4 drops, once a day. Take pure or add to your favorite drink.
Take preferably with a meal containing fat. Shake well before use.
