Ingredients:

Omega 3 TG fish oil (10% EPA – eicosapentaenoic acid - and 50% DHA - docosahexaenoic acid -), gelatin, glycerin, D-alpha-tocopherol, antioxidant: mixed tocopherols.

How to Take:Take 1 capsule a day, preferably after breakfast (if necessary take up to 2 capsules a day).

Precautions:Do not exceed the recommended daily dose; Not recommended in case of allergy to any of the constituents; Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle; Keep out of reach of children.
