Rhamnus purshianus, Cascara Sagrada (Bark); Cassia angustifolia Dry Extract, Senna (Leaf — Minimum 20% Sennosides); Foeniculum vulgare, Fennel (Seed)*; Pyrus malus, Apple (Fruit Pectin); Tamarindus indica, Tamarind (Fruit); Citrus medica subsp. limon, Lemon (Fruit); Avena sativa, Oats (Fiber); Pyrus malus, Apple (Fruit); Rheum palmatum, Rhubarb (Root); Gelling Agent: Microcrystalline Cellulose; Stabilizer: Wheat Starch; Anti-caking Agents: Cross-linked Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose, Talc, Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids, Silicon Dioxide.

How to Take:Take 1 tablet a day, at bedtime with a glass of water.

Precautions:Due to the lack of studies confirming the safety of use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, this supplement should not be used in these situations, unless medically indicated. The product should not be used in cases of hypersensitivity, allergy and when interactions of another product with any of the components of the formulation are described. In case of diarrhoea or abdominal pain, the product should be discontinued and your doctor or pharmacist should be consulted. Avoid continuous use for periods longer than 8-10 days. Do not use in children under 12 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended doses. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
