Captain Kombucha is a naturally delicious effervescent drink, handcrafted and carefully produced in our facilities in Western Portugal . Each bottle is produced and fermented with our own Captain Kombucha culture and only with ingredients with Bio certification and the highest quality .
The Captain is a true sea dog, strong and shrewd, passionate about ocean navigation and determined to lead his crew. During one of his voyages, he heard about Kombucha: “A legendary drink with unique nutritional benefits”. He knew immediately that it was what he needed to keep his crew sailing and facing new challenges. He traveled East to discover its secrets. When he found a magical place by the ocean in Portugal, with the purest environment, he began to artisanally produce his delicious drink, known as Captain Kombucha’s legendary fizzy drink.
