Ingredients:

Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose gel; magnesium citrate; magnesium oxide; magnesium gluconate; hardening agents: cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, cross-linked cellulose gum, hydroxypropyl cellulose; coating agents: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, magnesium stearate, talc, triglyceride; colourants: titanium dioxide, red iron oxide; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

How to Take:Adults: 1 to 2 tablets per day, children from 6 years: 1 tablet per day. Take with a little water or fruit juice.

Precautions:Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a dry, cool place away from light.
