Apple Cider Vinegar 50%; Glazing Agent: Gelatin; Bulking Agent: Microcrystalline Cellulose; Concentrated Dry Extract Phaseolus vulgaris, White Kidney Bean (20000u/g Phaseolamin Content) 8%; Concentrated Dry Extract Cynara scolymus, Artichoke 6%; Concentrated Dry Extract Centella asiatica, Gotu Kola 6%; Anti-caking Agent: Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids; Chromium Picolinate 0.03%.

How to take:Take 2 capsules at lunch.
