Resveratrol is a polyphenol found naturally in the skin of black grapes, certain berries and other plants.

Resveratrol supports healthy cardiovascular function through several mechanisms. When combined with other polyphenols, Resveratrol is known for its anti-aging effects, as well as its ability to support a healthy anti-inflammatory response.

Francisco Tomás Barberán, director of the Higher Center for Scientific Research in Spain, explained that this substance is capable of stimulating the action of proteins that are closely related to cell survival.

Tests carried out on laboratory rats have shown that Resveratrol can extend the lifespan of animals by up to 10%. This discovery therefore promises a preventive effect on cellular aging. In other words, it rejuvenates the body and improves the appearance of the skin and blood circulation in the heart, brain and lungs.
