Ingredients:

Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), live bacterial culture strains (milk, soy), vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose).

Allergen information: Milk and soy are used in the fermentation process. The good news is that the content is at a level that does not affect those who are lactose intolerant.

How to Take:
Adults and children over 12 years old:Take up to 4 capsules daily, with food.
Children 3-11:Take 1-2 capsules daily with food. If taking antibiotics or travelling: Take 4 capsules daily. Continue for 2 weeks after finishing antibiotic treatment and 1 week after returning from travel.

Precautions:Bio-Kult is a completely safe probiotic, has no contraindications and does not present any risk of overdose. Bio-Kult probiotic capsules can be separated and the contents sprinkled on food, mixed with a drink or swallowed whole.
