Ingredients:

Purified water, sabal serrulata, bruco, horse chestnut, nettle, pumpkin seeds, goldenseal, phytosterols, l-ascorbic acid (antioxidant), sorbic acid (sweetener), magnesium (gluconate and/or chloride), zinc (gluconate and/or sulfate and/or chloride), copper (gluconate and/or sulfate). Gluten, lactose and sugar free.

How to Take:Take 10ml at breakfast and 10ml before dinner. You can take it directly or diluted in a glass of water. If necessary, shake well before taking.
