Iron Gluconate (Iron), Potassium Chloride (Potassium), Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic Acid), Sodium Chloride (Sodium), Nasturtium officinale, Watercress, Spinacea oleracea, Spinach, Zinc Sulfate (Zinc), Beta vulgaris, Beetroot, Citrus sinensis, Orange, Citrus limonum, Lemon, Pyrus malus, Apple, Pyrus communis, Pear, Niacin (Nicotinamide), Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Hydrochloride), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Dexpanthenol, Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin-5'-Sodium Phosphate), Manganese Sulfate (Manganese), Folate (Pteroylmonoglutamic Acid) Potassium Iodide (Iodine) and Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin).

How to take: Children 3-6 years old: take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) per day, diluted in water or juice.

Children from 7 years old and adults: take 1 dessert spoon (10 ml) per day, diluted in water or juice.

It should be taken on an empty stomach to ensure better absorption, however in case of gastric discomfort, it is recommended to take it after lunch or dinner.
