How to Take:
2 to 5 years: 4 to 8 capsules per day for the first 12 weeks to optimize the body's reserves of Essential Fatty Acids. After this phase, 2 to 4 capsules per day.
Adults and children over 5 years of age: 8 capsules per day for the first 12 weeks to help optimize the body's reserves of Essential Fatty Acids. After this period, 4 capsules per day.
