Ingredients:

Concentrated dry extract of Curcuma longa, turmeric (root) 33.3%, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, coating agent: gelatin, concentrated dry extract of Harpagohytum procumbens, harpago (root) 16.7%, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

How to Take:Take 1 capsule at breakfast.
