Vitamin D3: 100ug (4000ui)(2000% VRN*)

Ingredients:

Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin, cholecalciferol, anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

How to Take:Take 1 capsule a day, preferably before breakfast. If necessary, you can take up to 2 capsules a day.
