Ingredients:

Anti-caking agent: Tricalcium phosphate; Passiflora incarnata, Passionflower (Aerial parts); Valeriana officinalis, Valerian (Root); Nepete cataria, Neveda (Aerial parts); Lactose; Stabilizer: Wheat starch; Citrus aurantium, Orange tree (Flower); Humulus lupulus, Hops (Inflorescences); Glazing agent [Hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, Titanium dioxide, Microcrystalline cellulose, Acetylated mono and diglycerides]; Anti-caking agents: Magnesium salts of fatty acids, Talc; Melatonin.

How to Take:Take 1 tablet before bed.
