Usage Suggestions
Recipe for simple cookies:

To prepare this recipe, all ingredients must be cold.

Ingredients: 250g of “mix C”, 75g of powdered sugar, 80g of butter or margarine, 1 egg, 8g of baking powder, 20ml of water, zest of one lemon.

Preparation: Place the flour on a flat surface and make a small hole in the middle. In this hole, add the sugar, egg, water, butter, lemon zest and baking powder. Mix all the ingredients with your hands until you have a smooth dough. Leave the dough to rest in the fridge for at least an hour. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface and cut out the biscuits in the desired shape. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for approximately 10 minutes or until golden brown. Tip: this recipe can also be used to make tart bases.
