Usage Suggestions
As a replacement for conventional flour in cooking, pastry or baking.
Cocoa and coconut pancakes
Ingredients: 1 ripe banana, 1 cup oat flour, 15 g coconut flour, 3/4 cup almond coconut vegetable drink, 1 dessert spoon (approx. 10g) cocoa, Pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon baking powder, Pinch of vanilla powder, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, Coconut oil for cooking
Procedure: 1. Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix until creamy. 2. Heat a little coconut oil in a frying pan and, over medium heat, fry the pancakes (small batches). 3. Flip as soon as bubbles begin to appear on the surface, cook on the other side. 4. Repeat the process for all the pancakes and add a topping of your choice.
