Ingredients:

Soft capsule shell: gelatin (of bovine origin), vegetable glycerin (from palm kernel and coconut fat).

How to Take:As a dietary supplement for adults, take 1 softgel daily, preferably with meals, or as prescribed by your doctor or healthcare professional.
